The VP of Communication will oversee media relations, internal communications, public relations, and digital marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative communication strategies that enhance brand visibility and support business goals.
• Lead media relations efforts, including drafting press releases, pitching stories, and establishing relationships with key media outlets.
• Manage and oversee internal communication to ensure employees are informed and engaged with the company's vision and initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create cohesive messaging across digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and public perceptions, providing insights to senior leadership to inform communication strategies.
• Organize and represent the company at key events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to strengthen relationships and promote our brand.
• Work closely with the executive team to prepare speaking engagements, presentations, and corporate messaging.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful communications strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create impactful messaging tailored to various audiences.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing communication teams or initiatives.
• Proficient in digital marketing strategies, social media management, and content creation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
