Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses and prepare reports related to client projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met timely and efficiently.
  • Assist in the development of innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Support the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute insights to enhance client relationships.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and KPMG services to provide informed recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to draw insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a global organization while embracing change and innovation.
