JASARA PMC is looking for a skilled Vertical and Horizontal Mobility Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing effective mobility solutions within various projects, with a focus on both vertical and horizontal mobility systems. Your expertise will ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage mobility programs that accommodate both vertical and horizontal movement within the organization.

- Conduct thorough assessments of existing vertical and horizontal mobility systems and recommend enhancements or new implementations.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate mobility solutions into project designs and plans.
- Develop technical specifications and requirements for mobility systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyze user needs and behaviors to optimize mobility designs and user experiences.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding mobility system status.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to mobility plans and standards.
- Research and stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in mobility solutions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to mobility systems and project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in vertical and horizontal mobility systems or related roles.
- Strong understanding of mobility concepts, transportation systems, and urban planning.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local, national, and international mobility regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for design and analysis.
