Job Title: Video Editor

As we expand our creative team, we're looking for a talented Video Editor who can help us visually tell our story through compelling, high-quality content.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Video Editor with advanced color grading expertise and a passion for beauty, lifestyle, and visual storytelling. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up on screen—across social platforms, e-commerce, campaigns, and tutorials. Working closely with our creative and content teams, you’ll craft stunning, on-brand video content that speaks to a modern beauty audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit raw video footage into polished, high-impact content based on creative briefs and brand guidelines
• Apply advanced color grading techniques using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro, working with V-Log, S-Log, and .RAW footage
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and designers to ensure cohesive storytelling and visual style
• Incorporate sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and Photoshop 
• Adapt videos for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, email, etc.)
• Maintain a well-organized post-production workflow, including asset management and file organization
• Troubleshoot technical issues and uphold high production standards across all deliverables
• Stay ahead of trends in video editing, post-production, and beauty/lifestyle content

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience editing visually driven content, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
• Strong portfolio with examples of instructional edits, creative storytelling, and color-graded log-to-final projects
• Expertise in color grading with a deep understanding of V-Log, S-Log, and .RAW formats
• Excellent eye for detail, pacing, and visual consistency
• Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to feedback and problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality

REQUIRED TOOLS (NO EXCEPTIONS):

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior experience working with beauty, skincare, or wellness brands
• Understanding of content formats for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and e-commerce
• Familiarity with sound editing and music licensing
