Our client provides coaching and training to improve inbound marketing, boost sales, and develop in-house expertise, reducing reliance on outside agencies. You’ll be responsible for editing high-quality video content while integrating motion graphics and animations that enhance engagement. You’ll work closely with our creative team to conceptualize, produce, and refine video projects that help communicate our message effectively across YouTube, social media, websites, and ad platforms.
This role requires a strong eye for detail, creative storytelling abilities, and technical expertise in video editing and motion design. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our content is not only visually stunning but also optimized for performance on digital platforms.
- Edit video content for various platforms, ensuring high production quality and seamless storytelling.
- Create and integrate motion graphics and animations to elevate video projects, making them more dynamic and engaging.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute compelling visual content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Optimize video content for YouTube, social media, and paid ad campaigns, ensuring they perform well in terms of engagement and conversions.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in video editing, motion graphics, and digital content creation.
- Analyze the performance of video content, understanding what works and why, and continuously refining the approach.
- Minimum of 1 year of video editing experience working with assets in English.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI video editing tools.
- A deep passion for learning the latest trends in high-performing video content for YouTube, social/short-form video, and paid advertising.
- Proven track record of creating video content that performed exceptionally well on digital platforms—and the ability to explain why it was successful.
- Strong understanding of motion design principles and animation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced English level (C1/C2).
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
