Apply NowThe Web Developer is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of DAF365 tools, SharePoint, and other authorized websites (e.g., AF Portal, Intelink). This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint administration, web development, and DAF365 applications, as well as strong customer service skills. The Web Administrator will develop, maintain, and support web-based solutions, ensuring compliance with USAF policies and design standards.
This individual will administer and maintain websites, develop web pages and applications, manage content, conduct security audits, and provide end-user support for DAF365 and other web-based tools. They will also assist with website and application migrations, manage user access, and develop APIs. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing web-based systems and excellent technical skills.
Equipment/Systems:
This position requires frequent use of computers, web development tools, SharePoint, DAF365 applications, and other related software. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint Designer, and other web development platforms is essential.
Competencies: The Web Administrator role requires meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong understanding of web development and security best practices. Technical proficiency in web technologies, SharePoint administration, and DAF365 applications is essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This job operates primarily in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time exempt position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, regular business hours; additional hours as needed to ensure performance across the program.
Travel: Minimal travel may be required for training or office visits.
