Your Role:

As a Pediatric In-Home Nurse, you will be at the heart of providing personalized care to children. Your responsibilities will include:

• 📋 Developing and overseeing individualized care plans.
• 💉 Administering prescribed medications and treatments.
• 📅 Scheduling and coordinating care alongside families and healthcare teams.
• 📚 Educating families on their child’s care to ensure confidence and continuity.
• 📝 Keeping accurate and timely documentation of patient health records.

What We’re Looking For:

• 🎓 Valid LPN or RN License in the state of practice.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 🤝 A compassionate and caring approach to patient care.
• 🌈 Ideally, some prior pediatric nursing experience, but we’re happy to provide training!
