Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation of Principia’s HSQ (Health, Safety & Quality) operational guidelines. 
  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance. 
  • Conducting technical inspections on-site. 
  • Supervising maintenance activities provided by contractors. 
  • Operating medium voltage (MV) infrastructure. 
  • Managing spare parts inventory. 
  • Filling out work orders and maintenance check reports. 
  • Installing and maintaining infrastructure (interconnection cabinets & power lines). 
  • Maintaining facilities (roads, substations, buildings). 
  • Being available for on-call shifts during weekends and holidays. 
  • Handling waste management. 

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Technical Institute level). 
  • Sufficient knowledge of the English language. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Previous experience in the wind energy sector is considered a plus. 
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is desirable. 
  • Knowledge and ability to use electronic measuring tools.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Physical ability to walk and drive on rough terrain. 
  • Physical ability to climb wind turbines (no fear of heights). 
  • Ability to work safely in all weather conditions. 
  • Familiarity and skill in using hand tools. 
  • Adaptable, flexible, and a team player. 
  • Availability to travel and stay overnight at project sites across Greece (if required). 
  • Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates in Greece). 
  • Place of work: Alexandroupolis, Greece.
