We are seeking a .NET Software Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in the technology industry and a background in software engineering. The ideal candidate should have 1-1.5 years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, along with expertise in .NET, JavaScript, C#, and SQL.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting CRM applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 solutions.
- Develop and extend Dynamics CRM Plugins, Custom Workflows, and Actions using .NET components and SQL.
- Work with C#, Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services, and related technologies.
- Develop and support CRM applications, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine business and customer needs and provide the best possible solutions.
- Ensure best practices in software development, debugging, and problem resolution.
- Work with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Dynamics Co-Pilot for workflow automation and efficiency.
- Handle Genesys Integration (preferred but not mandatory).
- Utilize SQL Server and database management for backend development.
- Provide excellent customer service support through Customer Service Workspace (CSW).
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in the technology industry.
- 1-1.5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 implementation.
- Strong programming skills in .NET, JavaScript, C#, and Visual Basic.
- Experience with Visual Studio, Web Services, and SQL Server.
- Proficiency in CRM application development, troubleshooting, and support.
- Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Dynamics Co-Pilot.
- Experience working with medium to large distributed development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Proactive thinker with a problem-solving mindset and out-of-the-box approach.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Genesys Integration.
- Strong SQL Server and database management knowledge.
- Familiarity with Customer Service Workspace (CSW).
