About the role:

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing high volumes of invoices per month, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely payments. You will work closely with both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to manage supplier payments and revenue effectively across Australia & New Zealand.

This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

•  Processing invoices efficiently and accurately
• Managing vendor payments, including weekly, 20th, and end-of-month (EOM) payments 
• Handling international payments 
• Performing three-way matching of invoices
• Conducting vendor reconciliations 
• Processing general journals and completing month-end tasks
• Assisting with ad hoc duties as required

What You’ll Bring:

•  3+ years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and advanced Excel skills 
• A customer service-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management, organisational, and analytical skills 
• Accurate and fast data entry skills 
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity 
• A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
