• Efficiently managing patient accounts and diligently following up on outstanding balances.
• Reviewing and reconciling accounts to deliver accurate and compliant billing.
• Engaging with patients to explain their accounts, payment options, and any available financial assistance programs.
• Collaborating with insurance companies to swiftly resolve billing issues and ensure timely reimbursements.
• Keeping meticulous records of financial transactions to support transparency and accountability.
• Assisting in preparing insightful reports on our accounts receivable metrics to share with management.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma required; an Associate degree in finance or accounting is a plus.
• Experience: 1-3 years in accounts receivable or billing, ideally within a healthcare setting.
• Skills: A sharp eye for detail, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Professionalism: A commitment to confidentiality and a positive attitude in all interactions.
