Job Description

Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from prospective students. Counsel and guide students regarding courses, career paths, and admission procedures. Follow up with leads and maintain a strong lead conversion ratio. Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in CRM or internal databases. Schedule and conduct telephonic and/or virtual counselling sessions. Provide detailed and accurate information about the program offerings, fees, eligibility criteria, etc. Coordinate with internal teams for interviews, documentation, and admission formalities. Assist in planning and executing online/offline admission campaigns, webinars, and events. Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, conversions, and admissions. Should be GraduateShould have good communication skillsShould have atleast 3 years of relevant experience
