QS4QS is looking for 5 talented and passionate Advanced Microsoft Excel Tutors to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert instruction and support to individuals seeking to enhance their skills in Microsoft Excel. Our ideal candidates should possess advanced proficiency in Excel, along with a strong understanding of how to teach complex concepts in an understandable and engaging manner.ResponsibilitiesConduct individual and group tutoring sessions focusing on advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, and data analysis tools.Assess the skill levels of students and tailor your teaching approach to meet their specific needs and objectives.Develop comprehensive lesson plans and training materials that cover advanced Excel topics effectively.Utilize hands-on exercises and real-world examples to enhance practical understanding of advanced Excel features.Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.Stay updated with the latest Excel features and provide insights on best practices for effective spreadsheet management.Encourage a positive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their goals.Respond to students’ inquiries and provide additional resources as needed for further learning. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field is preferred.Proven expertise in advanced Microsoft Excel features with relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Office Specialist - Excel) preferred.Prior experience teaching or tutoring Excel, particularly at an advanced level.Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.Ability to engage students and adapt teaching methods to suit varied learning styles.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in using additional educational technology and software as needed for tutoring sessions.Passionate about helping others learn and succeed in becoming proficient with Microsoft Excel.A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
