Medlico Agri & Farming (Medlico Agric) is a Private Limited Company located in Harare, Zimbabwe. The company aims to carry out developmental and Social-Economic agriculture-related business such as Crop farming, Livestock, Agri-science and Trading of agriculture products and other agriculture-related businesses. Medlico Agric is passionate about finding solutions to maximize the agribusiness, economic, environmental and social sustainability of agriculture and agro-industry in Zimbabwe.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Harare for a position at Medlico Agric. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to the farming and agricultural sales and operations of the company.Core Functional Competencies 1. Set challenging targets and achieve them within the time frame to complete the task assigned.2. Willingness to accept new assignments and relocate. 3. Good analyzing, critical thinking communicating, and managing time skills. 4. Strong time management skills, be able to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently. 5. Able to work well under pressure and multitask.6. Able to use a computer, good typing and the main software packages competently. Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.2. A proven track record selling similar products and services.3. Previous experience in a sales manager role or agriculture sales and buying is a plus.4. Should be fluent in English. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)6. Good skills in POS systems, spreadsheets, and inventory or stock databases.7. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.8. knowledge of basic accounting procedures and skills is a plus.
