Associate Software Engineer

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Incedo’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve product and platform software.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or any Technology/ Programming courses
  • Mid-level programming skill in any one of the programming languages such as Java, Scala, C#, JavaScript
  • Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python or Shell scripts is preferred
  • Front-end experience on technologies line Angular
  • Familiar with Serverless development in any of the cloud stack
  • Mid-level proficiency in SQL Programming
  • Familiar with version control and CI/CD
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interested in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing current features and functionalities of the system
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
