At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Analyse business processes, search for improvements and propose changes.
• Participate in business process modelling, in cooperation with other business analysts and architects.
• Prepare documentation of business requirements, drafting of functional requirements and business cases, preparation of mock-up.
• Interact with business managers, user representatives, architects, other business analysts and developers.
• Participate in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users, including high level (interinstitutional) meetings.
• Provide assistance in drafting business cases, project charters and security plans.
• Prepare, coordinate and run User Acceptance Tests.

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master's degree in IT field with minimum 11 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree with minimum 15 years of relevant experience).
• Strong experience with analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram,entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
• Previous experience with BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value.
• Proven experience with Wiki and collaborative sites.
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, SAFe).
• Prior experience with tools used to sketch user interface ideas like Balsamiq.
• Good knowledge of information systems matters.
• Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes.
