Admore, Inc. is seeking to hire a full time, day shift, on-site, in-person, entry-level Customer Service/Support - Order Entry Specialist .
Candidate must be able to report for daily work on-site, on-time and in-person at our Macomb, Michigan facility.
Candidate must be able to remain in a stationary position for a prolonged period of time.

As an Admore Customer Service/Support - Order Entry Specialist, you are a key contributor to providing our customers with excellent service and technical support resulting in a high quality finished product.
This opportunity is an entry level position. This job combines customer service with order writing and data entry. There is an inside sales aspect to this position with no cold calling. Our representatives provide customer support and education; deliver quotes and technical details to assist our customers with placing an order to be manufactured. You work directly with the customer to understand their order requirements and documents (email, phone, catalog and/or website orders) and compare to quote/estimate.
You will educate the customer of any concerns and make suggestions; update quote as needed and discuss schedule. Finally entering order details into our database ERP system (Oracle / JD Edwards). We have a number of proprietary internal tools used to document communication and determine schedules.
You will cross-train with incoming Order Support, Customer Service and Order Writing to fully understand our process, work flows and product line; simultaneously learning more about the print production process as it applies to our products
Previous printing and folder product knowledge is not required. We will train you on how to be a Folder Expert.

Full Time Position (on site - in person only)
This is a day shift, full-time position, Monday through Friday, on site at our Macomb, Michigan facility. 40 hours (8 hour work day) with overtime available during peak production. During our peak season (March through October) we may work overtime during the week, and an occasional Saturday.

Compensation
This is a full-time, hourly position with starting base pay from $16.00 – $17.00 per hour, based upon individual experience and qualifications.

Opportunity for Advancement
A performance review is conducted every 6 months with the opportunity for a wage increase. Once the candidate reaches the mid-point of the pay scale, a yearly evaluation and wage increase will occur. Increase percentage/amount is earned based upon individual growth, skills advancement, job performance and work quality/accuracy.

Work Environment
This is an office position. In our office area, you can expect multiple people, office machines, and a general amount of “background noise”. In our production/manufacturing areas large machinery is in use. Our Customer Service/Support - Order Entry Specialist will visit production areas from time to time, and can expect loud sounds in these areas.

Training Provided
We will teach you how to be an Admore Folder Expert! You can expect detailed training, in various areas of Customer Service, Order Entry/Processing and Printing Manufacturing. This will give you a full picture of the Admore Folder making process. This training will start you on your path to mastering the various processes regarding our products and procedures.

As a Customer Service/Support - Order Entry Specialist, you will verify all details of an order; provide customer with pricing and discount information; determine shipping date; and enter order data into the system. You will act as a liaison between internal production and customer to communicate schedules and any order concerns. Occasionally, conflict resolution may be required if a customer is unhappy with their finished product.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist that has a positive attitude, the capacity to multi-task and switch quickly from one task to the next, being flexible while staying productive and well-organized. Previous printing and folder knowledge is not required --- we will train you how to be an Admore Folder Expert.
However, to be successful in this role, basic knowledge and skills required are:
This position requires manual dexterity for typing, sitting at a desk and looking at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
Ability to file, lift, sort and organize paperwork. Ability to read paperwork and on screen documentation easily. Ability to communicate/speak clearly by phone.
In addition, portions of the training require the Customer Service/Support - Order Entry Specialist to shadow other departments that may require physical activity including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods of time.
You will have an opportunity to learn required essential information. This person should be have the desire to offer exceptional customer service and continually add value to the organization beyond their day-to-day tasks.
