The Role
The Family & Youth Institute (The FYI) is seeking an accomplished and mission-driven Development Officer who is passionate about promoting Muslim mental health and family wellness through strategic and impactful fundraising initiatives.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with a committed Board of Directors and visionary staff leaders to support and grow The FYI’s development efforts. This remote position focuses on donor cultivation and stewardship, fundraising campaigns, and building mission-aligned partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and compelling communicator with proven experience in nonprofit development. You thrive on building authentic relationships and have a deep belief in The FYI’s mission. You are energized by the opportunity to scale impact and connect donors with meaningful opportunities to invest in community well-being.
