Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Consultant in our Artificial Intelligence Department. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to provide expert guidance and support in leveraging AI technologies to solve complex business challenges. You will play a key role in helping organizations implement and optimize AI solutions, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investments.

Your responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments, delivering training sessions, and assisting clients in understanding how AI can be integrated into their business workflows. You will collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions that align with client objectives and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients in understanding and implementing AI solutions tailored to their business needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify opportunities for AI integration in client workflows
• Deliver training and workshops to educate clients about AI technologies and capabilities
• Work closely with technical teams to develop personalized AI strategies and solutions
• Document client interactions, progress, and feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in AI technologies and their applications across various industries

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their business applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client engagement
• Experience in consulting, project management, or technical support is preferred
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and propose effective solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a technology-related field or industry is advantageous but not required
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to evolving client needs
