Responsibilities

• Connect with Dutch-speaking clients to evaluate their online payment needs and propose customized solutions.
• Assist clients in the integration and usage of our online payment platforms.
• Deliver ongoing training and support to enhance client familiarity with our services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes in online payments.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to facilitate continuous improvement of services.

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Familiarity with online payment solutions and financial technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or consulting, particularly in the fintech sector, is preferred.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
