In this position, you will provide exceptional support to our diverse clientele (Electronics, IT sector, Fashion, Travel, Automotive industry and many more) across various EU languages, assisting them with their inquiries through phone, email or chat. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support in one or more EU languages via phone, email or chat
• Assist clients with their inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document issues
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the service experience
• Stay informed about service offerings and company updates
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills

• Fluency in one or more EU languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Dutch, etc.) and English, both written and spoken
•  No prior customer service experience needed; enthusiasm to learn is encouraged
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard software applications
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with company support
