We're looking for a Finished Artist to join our team of creative wizards and coffee-fueled perfectionists. You'll be the final gatekeeper of visual excellence, ensuring every pixel and vector is polished to perfection before it hits the presses. Your superpower? Spotting a misaligned bleeder from three monitors away and fixing it with a single keyboard shortcut. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Transform design concepts into flawless print-ready artwork across books, puzzles, stationery, and packaging 

• Conduct meticulous prepress checks and implement final CIRC corrections  

• Be the Sherlock Holmes of print files - solving mysteries like missing fonts and rogue color profiles 

• Collaborate with designers to educate on best practices (because prevention is better than correction)  

• Work your Photoshop magic with retouching and image editing when needed 

• Keep the studio running smoother than a freshly calibrated printer 

What We’re Looking For 

Must-Have Qualifications 

• A detail-obsessed creative with at least 3 years of finishing experience (publishing industry bonus points) 

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) in a Mac environment  

• Print production knowledge so thorough you dream in CMYK 

• Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping a single pixel 

• Passion for bringing creative visions to life (extra points if you geek out over children's products)
