OSL is seeking a strategic and visionary Branding Lead to lead our Brand and Event department. This role demands a unique blend of creativity, regulatory awareness, and global perspective to elevate our brand in the rapidly evolving Web3 space. You will craft and execute a cohesive brand strategy while ensuring compliance with Hong Kong’s regulatory framework, driving brand awareness, customer loyalty, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global brand strategy that aligns with OSL’s mission, values, and business goals, ensuring consistency across all markets and touchpoints.
- Serve as the primary brand ambassador, safeguarding the brand’s voice and identity across internal and external communications in both local and international markets.
- Monitor global industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product, legal) to ensure brand alignment and consistency across all customer touchpoints globally.
- Design and execute a global events strategy, including hosted and sponsored events, to amplify brand presence and drive business growth in key markets.
- Ensure event campaigns align with broader brand initiatives, delivering a cohesive and impactful customer experience worldwide.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality brand assets, campaigns, and events on a global scale.
- Encourage innovation by exploring new ideas, tools, and approaches to branding and event management that resonate with global audiences.
- Mentor team members, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with organizational goals in a global context.
- Analyse global brand performance metrics and market trends to inform data-driven decisions and optimize strategies for regional and international markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in brand strategy or marketing, ideally in fintech, Web3, or financial services.
- Proven success in developing and executing global brand campaigns in regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain, and digital assets.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, with exceptional communication skills.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategy.
- Creative thinker with a track record of devising campaigns that engage and motivate target audiences.
- Experience in event strategy and management is a plus.
