Working closely with marketing, SDRs, and field sales, you’ll help optimize conversion rates and contribute to Citygreen’s expansion.This is a remote role based in the Philippines, requiring work during U.S. business hours (night shift).What You’ll Be Doing✅ Lead Engagement & Follow-UpManage inbound and SDR-qualified leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs and pain points.✅ Consultative Selling & Objection HandlingEducate prospects on Citygreen’s solutions, ROI, and long-term benefits.Address concerns about cost, implementation, and alternatives effectively.✅ Pipeline & CRM ManagementMaintain an organized sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM, tracking all engagements, follow-ups, and conversions.✅ Proposal & QuotingCreate custom proposals and pricing quotes for small-to-mid-sized projects.Coordinate with the field sales team on large-scale opportunities.✅ Collaboration & StrategyWork closely with marketing, SDRs, and sales teams to improve conversion rates.Provide feedback on market trends and lead quality to refine sales strategies. 🔹 Proven Sales Closer: You have at least 2+ years of experience in inside sales, consultative selling, or B2B sales.🔹 Tech-Savvy & CRM Experience: Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
