Job Description: 

• Articulates ideas clearly through visual storytelling
• Has a strong eye for layout, information design, and typography
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premier & After Effects
• Confident with using Microsoft Office
• Flair for creating content for social media platforms
• Keen understanding of print and digital best practices
• Can bring content to life through simple animation/video editing
• Ability to optimize and adapt existing material/imagery for diverse platforms and formats
• Understanding of visual identity systems and brand building  
• Tackles creative research tasks with a methodical mindset and a sharp creative lens

Candidate Profile: 

• Degree or pursuit of degree in graphic design or visual art
• Has a portfolio that showcases skills in graphic, web and/or motion design
• Thrives off of collaboration and teamwork
• Structures design files in an organized manner for creative handovers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates a keen ability for agile problem-solving
• Self-motivated individual who takes initiative where needed
• Excellent time management skills
• Interested in learning about different industry sectors for various brands
• Passionate about AI tools/platforms (and how best to integrate them into creative workflows)

Candidate Nice to Haves: 

• Ability to illustrate  
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Photo retouching/manipulation skills
• Previous internship or graphic design experience
