Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java and modern frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
• Assist in the design and implementation of features that improve the performance and functionality of our systems
• Collaborate with senior developers to understand technical requirements and contribute to project tasks
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to improve software quality
• Learn and grow your skills by working with cutting-edge technologies and participating in mentoring sessions
• Ensure that all code is well-documented and follows best practices

• Strong foundation in front-end development, with a keen eye for building intuitive and responsive user interfaces
• Proficiency in core web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS 
• Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks 
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL 
• A proactive mindset with a passion for exploring new tools, frameworks, and technologies 
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Experience using Git or other version control systems
• A foundational understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles 
• Basic familiarity with Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and Hibernate (JPA) 
• Any exposure to Contact Center Integration (CTI) systems such as Genesys or Aspect is a plus but not required
