Outsourcing Advantage is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Cold Calling Expert for a Corporate Gifting Company. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing the services, and effectively closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in cold calling and possess exceptional communication skills, resilience, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume outbound calls to targeted leads, introducing our offerings and generating interest.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for further sales discussions.
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets and call quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system.
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales.
• Provide insights and feedback on leads and sales strategies to the management team.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a level of C1 Advanced
• At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals consistently.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
