Key responsibilities of a Payment & Settlement Specialist:

• Monitor daily balances of various banks and payment methods
• Process client withdrawals, domestic and cross-border payments, and oversee deposit transactions
• Advise on payment-related issues, ensuring accurate record-keeping of client orders and correspondence
• Add client bonuses and make necessary corrections related to client transactions
• Check settlements from payment providers to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments to resolve payment and settlement-related matters
  

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in back office, treasury, accounting, or financial services
• Strong command of English (additional languages are a plus!)
• Excellent time-management skills, attention to detail
• Strong numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and a keen eye for accuracy
