About the Role
Having a leadership presence in the automotive sector for over a century, at Saracakis Group of Companies, we are always looking for passionate people to join our team. You’ll be part of the Volvo Athens Car Workshop team.
Personal Service Technician (PST)

Responsible for the entire customer and workshop process, for the PST to deliver customer satisfaction and an efficient workshop process.
Responsible for retrieving and documenting all relevant information connected to having a complete work order at first customer contact. Responsible for customer and production planning including giving price information.
Responsible for all work order administration including invoicing of Warranty/Goodwill, Insurance cases, and Leasing companies.
Responsible for identifying and ordering of parts, together with Workshop Support if needed.
Responsible for following Volvo methods when performing all types of jobs in the workshop. Support in following local workshop standards and routines.
Responsible for performing PDS and installing accessories for customers as well as the sales department.
Responsible for reporting faults or deviations in the Volvo systems to Volvo. This is to ensure that corrective actions can be taken.
Responsible for sharing relevant knowledge and findings with the team as well as for bringing problems to everyone's attention and solving them together with the team.
Responsible for following up on the customers a few days after the workshop visit.
What will you bring:
Bachelor’s degree from a Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) or Vocational Training Institute (I.E.K.) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Five years of relevant work experience as a Mechanic or Electrician.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and particularly Excel.
Fluency in Greek and English, both oral and written.
Desire for personal and professional development and growth.
Customer-centric philosophy with strong customer service skills.
Very good understanding of Mechanical & Electrical/Electronic principles.
Good knowledge of diagnostic equipment.
Military obligations fulfilled (for male applicants).
