ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain a consistent UI design framework across the game to ensure clarity, usability, and engagement.Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the overall player experience.Establish clear UI hierarchy to guide player interactions and improve navigation.Collaborate closely with game designers, engineers, and artists to integrate UI seamlessly into gameplay.Develop scalable UI design structure that streamline workflow and improve efficiency.Provide guidance to team members and ensure best practices and high-quality standards.Conduct usability testing and iterate on UI designs based on player feedback and data insights.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance UI design quality.Requirements Strong expertise in UI design, with a focus on creating engaging and intuitive user experiences.5 years of experience in developing and maintaining UI consistency for apps. Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout in interactive design. Strong portfolio with a proven track record of delivering high-quality UI/UX designs.Ability to play and analyze various games, understanding different UI/UX patterns and interactions.Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across game design, art, and engineering teams. Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.A player-focused mindset, ensuring UI design enhances gameplay and user engagement.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to refine and optimize UI interactions.
