WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Product Education Specialist is a role within the Business Development department. Your primary responsibility will be to help customers learn all the ins and outs of our agency management software. If you're a natural educator with an ability to understand complex products, this role is tailor-made for you.

For the first six months, your onboarding will include actively working with and participating in the activities of Customer Support, Customer Success, and Sales, so you can get a complete understanding of our product and customers. Even after the onboarding, you will be expected to maintain a certain level of engagement with our customers to stay in the loop.

For this role, we are offering: 

  • EUR 1.800 – 2.500 gross for an employment contract
  • EUR 2.100 – 2.900 for a B2B contract

With an equity grant of:
USD 6.000 - 7.500 in stock options (4 years with a 1-year cliff)

ABOUT THE JOB

What You'll Be Doing

  • Mastering our product, including the features and value we deliver to our customers
  • Developing a deep understanding of our customers and their business needs
  • Writing new and maintaining existing Productive Help Center documentation
  • Creating educational videos for our customers by writing scripts, recording, and editing (simple editing skills)
  • Building content, programs, enablement tools, and processes that allow our customers to develop a better understanding of our product on their own
  • Working closely with Product, Sales, Success, Support, and Marketing teams to achieve key company goals through educational content
  • Working on our Learning Management System (LMS): Assist in creating and managing educational materials, including certification courses, in Productive Academy for our customers
  • LMS Administration: Overseeing the day-to-day administration of the LMS, including user management, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
  • User Training: Developing training materials and providing guidance to end users on how to navigate and utilize the LMS effectively
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in customer education, documentation, LMS solutions, and learning technologies, recommending improvements and enhancements as necessary

ABOUT YOU

Let’s See If We’re a Match

  •  MUST HAVE: Excellent (C1, C2) English communication skills, both written and spoken 
  •  3+ years of experience in customer success, managing LMS solutions, customer education, technical documentation, e-learning, or a similar role
  •  All or any of the following: experience working in an agency (software development, marketing…), experience working in a SaaS company, experience working in a software product company
  • You’re a great communicator and storyteller with a talent for simplifying and explaining abstract concepts
  • You have experience producing product videos and/or voice-overs
  • Your creativity, visual design skills, and attention to detail are showcased in your presentations, videos, and screencasts
  • You have experience with Adobe Premiere or similar, with a willingness to learn more
  • You have no problem sitting in front of a camera and being recorded with the purpose of creating educational content
  • Research mentality
  • Highly organized
