The Role
The Product Owner will own and prioritise a team backlog, defining the priority for the team to support the roadmap and customer objectives while aligning to the business goals. They are accountable for the gathering, refinement and translation of requirements into the team. Working with stakeholders across the business, they must understand the context of the roadmap to ensure effective requirements elicitation and iteration. While also collaborating across product, design, data, engineering and marketing to capture critical inputs into the requirements, enabling a better outcome for customer and business. The Product Owner will also work closely with the development team to facilitate team ceremonies, provide insight and direction on working practices and support the testing and release of value through the product.
