Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Director, Program Management for direct hire at an oil and gas client. The Director, Program Management is responsible for leading and executing cross-functional and critical enterprise projects and programs using best practices. This work involves strategic planning, project management, executive-level communication, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure the projects/programs deliver on its intended outcomes. Collaborate with functional leadership, project/program leadership and PMOs across the Company to define, standardize, and manage Project/Program Management governance, processes, reporting frameworks, and tools. This role collaborates with experienced professionals, implements policies and strategies for short-term results, and influences others outside their own area of work regarding policies, practices, and procedures. This role may require up to 20% travel. Qualified candidates must be able to work within the United States and not require any visa sponsorship. This position will work MST and CST times zones primarily but may be expected to work additional time zones as needed.
Responsibilities
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This role is a full-time role and the annual base compensation range is $145,000 - $270,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
