The Role
The new Rad Units Ops Lead will have a key role sustaining and delivering Radiology Operational Unilabs Strategy to improve and control the efficiency levels, standardization of procedures, scan and changeover times, exam protocols with Medical Team, optimize agendas management and booking with Retail Team, etc. With the whole vision of deploying Lighthouse best practices along Radiology Units in Portugal.
He/she is expected to be very close to the daily business, retail and units teams, and with that, have a deep understanding of the radiology operations and/or bring strong learning ability, agility and curiosity, promoting the usage of Data and stablishing the right KPIs to measure the performance and manage the proper decisions.
The Rad Units Ops Lead will report to the Head of Ops Radiology of Portugal, working closely with the Retail Regional Leaders and Units Managers, Medical Service, IT, Engineering and Infrastructure and Commercial.
