If you are detail-oriented, dynamic, and eager to work in a modern and fast-growing environment, this role is for you!✅ Manage the telephone center & email correspondence✅ Welcome visitors & provide hospitality (coffee/refreshments) ✅ Organize & coordinate shipments and deliveries via courier✅ Manage office supplies, stationery, and general office provisions✅ Support the Marketing department in coordinating visual material shipments✅ Schedule maintenance services (air conditioning, printers, pest control, etc.)✅ Organize travel & accommodation bookings for partners✅ Assist in planning company events✅ Monitor and coordinate the use of the company car 🔹 High school diploma, vocational training, or university degree🔹 Previous experience in a similar role is a plus🔹 Good command of the English language🔹 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)🔹 Strong organizational and multitasking skills🔹 Professional attitude & customer service orientation 💰 Competitive salary package🌱 Continuous training & development 🚀 Career advancement opportunities🛍️ Employee discounts on company products
