CC Creative is a UI/UX design agency helping startups bring digital products to life through thoughtful product design, branding, and Webflow development. We're looking for a Remote Project Manager based in Latin America (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, etc.) to lead projects from strategy to launch while coordinating cross-functional teams.This is a full-time, contract-based (1099) position.Compensation is competitive for LATAM professionals working with U.S.-based clients, with room for growth based on performance.Responsibilities: Lead and manage UI/UX and digital product design projects from start to finish Coordinate daily communication with designers, developers, and clients Plan timelines, assign tasks, and manage workflows using Notion Oversee design quality and handoff processes in Figma and Webflow Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, scope, and quality standards Facilitate regular meetings to keep projects aligned and unblock teams Maintain clear, professional communication with U.S.-based clients 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager Fluent in English (spoken and written) Based in Latin America (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, etc.) Familiar with U.S. work culture and client communication expectations Strong understanding of UX/UI processes, tools, and collaboration Comfortable managing design and dev projects using tools like Notion, Figma, and Webflow Bonus: Experience working as a UI/UX Designer Fully remote, LATAM-based role Flexible schedule and time zone alignment with U.S. teams Paid time off or flexible vacation policy Project variety across fast-moving startups Performance-based bonuses Collaborative, design-led agency culture Opportunity to grow within a remote-first, creative teamHow to ApplyWe’re looking for someone who’s thoughtful about where they work.
