Responsibilities

• Utilize your existing network to target US SMEs that are actively hiring English-speaking office roles.

• Make use of ChatGPT Pro for market research, buyer signal identification, opportunity scoring, lead scoring and message optimization.

• Find accounts and prospects through a Linkedin Recruiter account. We pull response rates from Linkedin and discuss in our team best practices so that all grow together.

• Maintain an accurate Deal Pipeline in our Notion workspace.

• While we help you understand the hiring needs of the Lead, qualify the lead and write a proposal, we expect you to engage with prospects in Google Meet.

• Provide feedback to our marketing team from the market to refine our outreach strategy and marketing materials. This is neither a marketing role nor a role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

• That's a commission-only role and performance is evaluated biweekly. Individuals who fail to meet expectations for 3 consecutive times are not eligible for a commission and they move to Training stage with a minimum time commitment of 10 hours per week for up to 6 weeks. A Hunter meets expectations if in the last two weeks they:

1. add at least 1 new prospect with Opportunity Score above 5

2. add at least 1 new lead with Lead Score above 5

3. and schedule or attend a meeting with a lead or schedule or attend a career event

• With excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

• With a strong sense of initiative, creativity and eager to try new tools or strategies, learn and grow with us.

Compensation Structure:

    • Commission-Based: Earn 5% of the annual gross income for the first position filled for any client agreement you bring. Payments are made 40 days after the position is successfully filled.
    • Full-Time Option After 3 Months: Transition to a full-time role, with the following updates:
      • Commission reduced to 1% due to base salary and additional benefits.
      • Salary package includes 30% above the base salary in your country, health insurance, pension scheme, and employment costs managed via remote.com.
