Job Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.• Build & maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, or other tools.• Customise Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to meet user needs.• Configure features such as Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Processes to optimise automation.• Troubleshoot & resolve performance issues in Salesforce applications.• Ensure code & configuration adhere to best practices for scalability and maintainability• Work closely with cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.• Translate business needs into technical specifications that deliver high-quality solutions.• Proactively identify areas for process optimization and execute enhancements.• Stay current with Salesforce releases and implement updates to leverage new functionality• Ensure compliance with company policies, data governance standards, and applicable regulations.• Conduct code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. • development languages and tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL. Strong understanding of Salesforce security & data management best practices.• Proficient in Salesforce administration tools such as Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Apex (basic).• Familiarity with third-party integrations & APIs• Ensures accuracy in configuration, coding, and documentation to maintain system integrity and performance.• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions.• Skill in translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.• Document technical designs, processes, and user guides.• Provide training and support to end-users and team members as required.• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II• Experience with CRM data management and reporting.• Preferred…Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
