The People & Culture team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to assist with the daily operations of the team as of April/May 2025! We have plenty of challenging activities to keep you engaged and help you gain experience in recruitment. You will get a chance to practice and apply your knowledge in talent acquisition as well as receive coaching and mentoring from our colleagues, who are experts in the field.

Some of your tasks:

• Recruitment and selection
• Sourcing of candidates
• Coordinating and conducting interviews
• Communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Tracking applicants in our internal systems

• Independent, reliable, highly motivated, and trustworthy
• Proactive and communicative - you'll have to interact with candidates and managers from other departments all the time
• Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus
• Strong desk research skills - you will need to find events, online/offline groups and contacts of interest
• Ability to give and receive frequent feedback
• A willingness to tackle the unknown - are we asking you to do something you've never done before? You should welcome that as an opportunity to learn and grow!
