THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented and driven Web Designer, with Webflow experience, to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our website, ensuring optimal user experience (UX) and performance, while planning and executing a robust SEO strategy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Webflow, strong English communication skills, and a strategic mindset for SEO across multiple fronts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Management:

• Oversee the user experience (UX) and customer journey on the website, ensuring seamless navigation and an optimized customer path on all devices.
• Manage requests from internal teams to implement design and content changes on the website via Webflow.
• Work with CMS collections and animations to enhance interactivity and engagement.
• Conduct user research and implement UX improvements based on insights and best practices.

SEO Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve rankings, organic traffic, and visibility.
• Optimize website content with on-page SEO best practices (metadata, internal linking, content structuring, etc.).
• Oversee off-page SEO efforts, including backlink building and outreach.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Use Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Amplitude, and other tools to track website performance and report it to the rest of the team.
• Analyze traffic trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Extensive experience with Webflow, including CMS collections and animations.
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to improve user journeys through research.
• Solid knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
• Experience with web analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Desired but not essential:

• Webflow Certified Partner certification.
• Familiarity with other no-code tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).
• Understanding of digital marketing (paid ads, social media, CRM, etc.)
