Key Responsibilities:Engage with leads from our database through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and social media.Creating and maintaining a database.Effectively handling leads.Keeping up with product and service information and updates.Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and customer-centric approach.Qualifications:The candidate should be proficient in English.Excellent communication, negotiation, convincing and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Ability to work in US time zones and adapt to flexible working hours.Manage customer relationships, and drive business growth.A Bachelor's degree is a must.
